Zero-Fee Recruitment (Employer Pays Principle)

We do not charge, nor allow deductions of, any recruitment, placement, or administrative fees from candidates at any stage of the process. All fees are borne solely by the contracting employer.

UK DHSC Code of Practice

We strictly comply with the UK Department of Health and Social Care (DHSC) Code of Practice for the International Recruitment of Health and Social Care Personnel. We do not proactively recruit from the WHO "Red List" of fragile health systems.

Modern Slavery & Human Trafficking (ILO Standards)

We maintain a zero-tolerance policy toward forced labour and human trafficking. Our vetting processes comply with the UK Modern Slavery Act 2015 and International Labour Organization (ILO) core conventions.

Data Privacy (GDPR)

We process and store all candidate and client data in strict accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and international privacy laws. Data is never shared without explicit candidate consent.
